She worked as a model in her native Hokkaido for five years. She appeared regularly on information programs for three and a half years, appeared in commercials such as “Shiroi Koibito,” and modeled for corporate advertisement posters. 

She made her AV debut in December 2010 with “White Love” from Alice Japan. She is the first time that Alice Japan has exclusively hired an actress with the name “Alice”, which is her company name. In November 2012, she transferred to Idea Pocket.

On July 31, 2015, she announced her retirement on her own blog.
