Gravure Idol Rui Shido to Make AV Debut with Muteki in June
Gravure idol Rui Shido (紫藤るい) announced on her social media that she will make her AV debut with Muteki in June.
Rui Shido, who used to work as a child actress under the name “Yuuri Rukawa” since 8 years old, retired from the entertainment industry to prioritize her studies when taking university entrance exams, and then worked as a cram school teacher before returning to the entertainment industry as a gravure idol in November 2023, revealed on the 2nd that she will be making her debut as a sexy actress under the name “Rui Shido” from the AV manufacturer “MUTEKI”, which specializes in celebrities.
When Shido was “Yuuri Rukawa”, she was a regular on the NHK educational program “Himitsu no Chikarando” from 2010. After returning to the entertainment industry, she released a nude photo book in January of this year.
On the 2nd, Shido commented on her X (formerly Twitter) about the reason for her debut, saying, “I will be making my debut with MUTEKI! After about a year and a half of working as a gravure idol, I have had wonderful experiences, and I wanted to take a big step and challenge myself in a new environment.” Her movie is TEK-102.

When Shido returned to the entertainment industry in 2023, she wrote on her Instagram, “My breasts have been growing rapidly. They’re now an I-cup.” “I was a teacher at the cram school that helped me with my high school entrance exams, but I heard from students that they couldn’t concentrate on their studies… so I’ve decided to try my hand at gravure modeling.”
