Porn star Minamo to retire from JAV in December

On her Youtube channel, Minamo officially announced her retirement from the AV industry.

The Japanese adult film performer Minamo has announced her retirement.

On June 14, she shared a statement via her social media accounts and her Youtube channel confirming that she plans to retire in December. Around the same time, the production company Soft on Demand launched a dedicated page on its website to mark the announcement. This concludes a five-year career during which she became a well-known figure in the industry at age 26.

Minamo has also attracted attention beyond adult video work, including modeling for brands such as Ravijour and appearing in film projects.

According to the announcement, she is expected to continue participating in scheduled promotional events in the months leading up to her retirement, and recent releases will continue to roll out during this period, including a special anniversary project celebrating her career milestone.

She confirmed in her announcement that she is retiring from adult video work but intends to continue pursuing other activities, including modeling, acting, and other public-facing roles.
